ALMOST ALL OF AURON'S MASSIVE BLADES BEAR THE PIERCING ABILITY, SO YOU SHOULD BRING IN AURON INTO BATTLE WHEN FACING AN ENEMY WITH HARD SHELL. AURON IS INEFFECTIVE AT ATTACKING NIMBLE OR AERIAL CREATURES, BUT HIS BREAK ABILITIES REDUCE THE ATTACKING AND DEFENDING POWERS OF MOST ENEMIES.

IT IS WISE NOT TO START OFF A BATTLE WITH AURON IN YOUR PARTY AS HIS LOW AGILITY ATTRIBUTES ALLOWS THE ENEMY TO ACT FIRST BEFORE HIM, THUS MAKING HIM VULNERABLE TO SOME STATUS AILMENTS. BRING IN AURON IN THE MIDST OF A BATTLE!
