Basic Information

Upon completion of the Shumi Village Stone side quest, exit the village and then return to it. Visit the workshop again and talk to the Elder's Attendant, who is being forced to help build the statue, and then go visit the Elder once again. Talk to him and he will tell you why the Attendant won't help. build the statue. Go back outside and talk to the Moomba and he will come with you to the workshop. However, he can't be of much help. Talk to the Elder's Attendant and return and speak with the Elder once again. The Elder will tell you to seek help from the artisan, who lives next to the workshop (the house where you found the Water Stone).

The Artisan

Talk to the artisan repeatedly and he will show you model cars that he has made - a green car, a Garden car and a Deling City bus. Talk to him again after he has shown you these cars. He seems to be in a bit of a bad way and won't help build the statue. Visit the Elder one final time. To help the artisan you must go visit another artisan and a friend of his. When exploring Fisherman's Horizon, you might remember seeing a Moomba doll at the artisan's house by the railroad tracks. That's where you'll find help.

The Grease Monkey

Fly back to Fisherman's Horizon and go to Grease Monkey's house. Upon entering the Moomba doll will come to life and leap down onto the floor. Grease Monkey explains that the doll reacts to those who have been to the Shumi Village. You explain the situation to Grease Monkey who will then give you the Moomba doll. Fly back to the Shumi Village and then give the Moomba doll to the artisan. A message that was recorded by Grease Monkey into the doll will start playing and will then agree to help the sculptor. Stop by the workshop to see the work in progress and then visit the Elder one final time and receive a Status Guard as a reward.
