Bio

Kimahri is a young warrior of the Ronso Tribe who has watched over Yuna from her youngest days. Quiet and taciturn, he is devoted to Yuna and serves her loyally as a Guardian. Kimahri can learn enemy skills with his Lancet ability.

In Battle

Kimahri is a versatile character. The fact that he begins in the center of the Sphere Grid is an advantage because you can then choose any direction to further Kimahri's development on the Sphere Grid. It all depends on how you choose to develop Kimahri. Any path you choose for Kimahri will be a replica of a particular character!

On the Sphere Grid

Kimahri has a small area on the Sphere Grid. Soon, the player must choose a path of another character for Kimahri to emulate and unlock its lv. 1 key sphere. If you want Kimahri to hit harder, follow Wakka's path. To make Kimahri a thief, follow Rikku's path. If you want Kimahri to be more agile and hasty, follow Tidus's path. If you want him to learn magic, follow Lulu or Yuna's path. Pick a path of your liking to follow. Develop Kimahri to suit your own preferences, and you'll probably enjoy him more in combat.

Overdrive: Ronso Rage

Except for Kimahri's unique Jump Overdrive, he learns the rest of his Overdrive abilities from enemies using the Lancet ability. Once you see a monster, bring in Kimahri and use Lancet on the monster. Most of the time, Kimahri will immediately learn the ability. The hardest abilities to acquire are Bad breath and Nova.

Legendary Weapon: Spirit Lance

To acquire Kimahri's legendary weapon, the spirit lance, you must activate three of the qactuar stones in the thunder plains. Stan at any stone and press "square" to see the spirit of a qactuar released. After activating three stones, find the qactuare ghost flying just above the ground at thunder plains - south, and follow it to a small, ruined, lightning tower. Press "square" to send a bolt of lightning to the tower, revealing a treasure chest holding the spirit lance.
